Our Story

Hamada is a historic Japanese town whose culture was centered around food.
Exquisite food was shared between family and friends as a symbol of their
appreciation and love for one another.
Hamada is a family-owned restaurant that provides two distinct experiences.
On one side, Hamada serves Japanese Hibachi styled cuisine. Guests
experience high quality food in a fun and interactive environment. On the
other side, Hamada has created a unique fine dining experience where both
Asian cuisine and American cuisine featuring Chef Eduardo’s popular dishes from
94 West Restaurant are served. Hamada is excited to welcome guests to hold
Banquet events in our newly remodeled rooms and patio.
